Elliotts Premier Roofing is proud to partner with Kier Construction on the delivery of a new four-storey, 5,000m² teaching facility for Bournemouth and Poole College.

Designed to operate as a net zero carbon building, it incorporates modern, energy-efficient technologies, including air source heat pumps and rooftop photovoltaic panels. Our team was responsible for the flat roofing installation, contributing to the building’s overall thermal performance and sustainability credentials.

The facility provides cutting-edge teaching spaces for media, digital, business, hospitality, and more, while also offering amenities such as a restaurant and salons to serve both students and the wider community.

The project is due to complete in 2026.
