Elliotts Premier Roofing partnered with Highwood Construction to deliver complete roofing and external finishes for a new 4,500m² retirement village in Horndean, comprising 120 high-quality homes for Inspired Villages.

Our scope included pitched and flat roofing, timber cladding, tile hanging, and detailed leadwork, supporting the creation of a comfortable and sustainable living environment. As part of Inspired Villages’ commitment to net-zero development, this second-phase project aims to set a benchmark for low-carbon retirement communities.

Traditional and modern materials were blended across 15 unique plot types, including cottages, apartments, and the village centre hub, with lead detailing featured throughout. This project demonstrates our ability to scale delivery across multiple units while maintaining a premium-quality finish.
