Elliotts Premier Roofing is delivering roofing works for a new high-tech manufacturing facility for the Harwin Group, set for completion in 2026. This 7,459 m² state-of-the-art electronics facility is designed to expand existing capacity to meet growing global demand for high-reliability and industrial connectors.

Our scope includes the installation of 300m² of Bauder hot-melt roofing to the viewing terrace, providing durable waterproofing in high-footfall areas, and 1,800m² of built-up felt on the main metal-decked roof. Bauder PV supports are also being installed to accommodate future solar installations.

Mansafe systems have been incorporated to comply with health and safety regulations for ongoing roof maintenance. This project highlights Elliotts Premier Roofing’s expertise in integrating sustainable features and managing complex roofing interfaces on a fast-track programme.
