Elliotts Premier Roofing worked on the pitched, tiled roof for a superior 68-bed new-build care home, including the installation of Velux rooflights.

Originally scheduled as a fast-track build, the project faced significant delays due to the first and second UK Covid-19 lockdowns.

All materials were required to be lifted by crane. With many companies temporarily closing in 2020, the cost and availability of crane hire became a major challenge, requiring careful planning and coordination to keep the project on track.
