We’re proud to have completed roofing works for Beard Construction on the extension of St Peter and St Paul’s Community School in Caterham, Surrey.

The project involved the installation of a plywood deck, large north light wind catchers, and soil and vent pipe. Our team at Elliotts Premier Roofing supplied and installed the vapour control layer across all areas, followed by 150mm flat PIR insulation, underlay, and a mineral capsheet system.

In addition, we carried out the installation of a brown roof and aluminium copings to all parapet upstands, delivering a robust and visually seamless finish.

The project ran smoothly and was completed within the agreed timeframe set at pre-contract stage. We’re delighted to have been part of this scheme, showcasing our expertise across all forms of waterproofing.

Feedback from the end user has been extremely positive, they’re thrilled with the final result. The new extension, seamlessly joined to the existing building, significantly enhances the overall look and functionality of the school.
