Elliotts Premier Roofing worked with Croudace Homes on the roofing for The Brooks, a large-scale residential development featuring 2, 3, 4, and 5-bedroom homes, including apartments, centered around a new communal green space.

Our scope included the supply and installation of Edilians Phalempin clay tiles and natural slate across the development. Extensive bespoke leadwork, including canopies, dormers, bay roofs, and decorative detailing, was required to complement the variety of property styles, including garages and carports. We worked closely with Croudace Homes to ensure a balance between aesthetic appeal and heritage considerations.
