Blending contemporary geometric design with preserved historic features, including elements from the original listed building and its iconic bird sculpture. The project required a careful balance of modern performance and heritage sensitivity. Our scope included flat roofing and photovoltaic installations, supporting both the aesthetic vision and sustainability goals of the development.
